Ok so I tried this but I either did something wrong or coconut should not be sour. Even the pre made stuff I bought at the whole foods store did not taste great. I guess it is a good alternative for someone that just cannot eat any dairy. My understanding is that if you get whole milk from a cow that has not been pasteurized then it is possible that even a lactose intolerant person can digest the milk and the yogurt made from the whole milk because the probiotics and the natural bacteria in the milk naturally help to break it down and do some of the work your body is unable to do. Ok so I am going to find some real milk and make some real yogurt. Watch for my video!!
Many things affect our health. How much we exercise, what and how much we eat, and also, although we may not think about it, how we think can also affect our fitness level.
